By accessing or using Digital Verve services, including the Vera invoicing tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Service Description

Digital Verve provides a professional suite of tools for business operations. Vera specifically offers guest-mode invoicing and member-mode billing management.

Note: Vera is currently in "Early Access". Features and pricing models are subject to change as we evolve based on user feedback.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of any invoices generated and for complying with your local tax and billing regulations. Digital Verve is not a tax or legal advisor.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for fraudulent billing, money laundering, or any illegal activities. Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

Digital Verve is provided "as is". While we strive for 99.9% uptime and maximum security, we are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
